This webinar will introduce you to a way of looking at conflict that can help you turn it to the positive for you and your nonprofit. We’ll explore some tools for addressing it and give you some homework to practice using those tools. This webinar can help your organization pivot towards using conflict creatively and refocusing on your mission.
By the end of this training you will shift focus from dreading or avoiding conflict to using it productively in your organization.
