Covid has forced us all to adapt in new ways, including how our boards meet. If you’re new to virtual board meetings, this webinar is for you! Whether you’ve only recently transitioned to virtual board meetings or have not yet made the transition, in this 90-minute webinar you’ll learn best practices and hear success stories from other nonprofits.
Expert nonprofit board trainer Amanda Madorno of Roam Consulting will start us off talking about how to set up an excellent board meeting, what to think about when convening your board virtually, and how to avoid burnout in the long-run. Then we’ll hear from a panel of nonprofit board members who have made the transition from in-person to online board meetings, with plenty of time for you to ask your questions and learn from their experiences.
