What is the Client Portal?
Client portals allow us to safely and securely transfer files. If you do not have a portal already, please let us know that you would like us to set one up. All we need is the name of your organization and the name and email address of the person who will serve as your portal administrator (your “portal owner” you might say). We will be glad to set up additional portal users for you as needed.
Once you have logged into your portal, you will notice that there are several folders to organize your files. When we have uploaded new files to your portal, you will find them in your “Inbox” folder. Click on the files to download them.
When sending files to us, click open the “Send to JJCo” folder. You can use the “Add Files” button to browse for files to upload or simply drag the files to the portal.
How to Login
- Go to your portal URL
- Enter your login ID (sent to you in your new user email)
- Enter your password (sent in a separate e-mail)
Note: If you didn’t receive your temporary password, please check your spam folder or use the I Forgot My Password link on the login page. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

When uploading files to your portal, make sure to open the folder “Send to JJCo” before adding your files.
