With more than 25 years of experience in tax consulting and business advisory, Andy brings a practical, governance-focused approach to nonprofit tax planning, compliance, and organizational structuring. Prior to joining Jacobson Lawrence & Company, he founded and led a boutique CPA firm, developing deep expertise in complex tax matters, entity structuring, and regulatory planning for sophisticated clients.
Andy’s background in real estate taxation and investment structuring allows him to advise nonprofits on property transactions, financing considerations, and growth initiatives.
